Rhin-O-Tuff OD4000 Office Duty

The Rhino-Tuff/PDI OD-4000 is an 11" (A-4) open-ended punch that features the EZ operator changeable dies. With a punching paper capacity of 17 sheets of 20 lb. bond and a very reasonable price, this punch makes manual punches obsolete. Dies are available in all of the standard hole patterns such as plastic comb, plastic spiral, wire loop, square and round. With a full year's warranty, this is the little punch at a bargain price.

Rhin-O-Tuff OD3500 Combo Binding Station

The OD-3500 combo binding station allows the operator to do three types of binding on one small footprint: plastic coil, double loop wire or plastic comb. Essentially, it is three binding machines in one. All OD modules will mount on the OD series punch.

HC8200/8300 Automatic Wire Inserter/Closer Module

14 inch wire binding modules (shown here with OD-4000 Punch). Imagine a manual wire closer that inserts the wire into the document while closing the wire. Performance Design not only imagined it, but also designed and built it. The Rhino-Tuff HC8200 or HC8300 make wire closing fast and easy. As simple as ABC:

• (A) Insert the wire into the closer.
  
• (B) Place the document on the closer table.
  
• (C) Pull the handle.  Your document is now finished in seconds. Binding books from 51/2" to 14" in width and from 1/2" through 9/16" thickness. The HC-8300 closes the standard 3-1pitch wire. The HC-8200 model is operated the same but uses the non-standard small diameter 2-1 pitch wire.

Rhin-O-Tuff OD 4200 Wire Closer Module

The OD-4200 wire closer is capable of binding books up to 1-1/8" (28.6mm) thick. It uses wire sizes from 3/16" to 1-1/4". It has an adjustable closing bar for different size wires. Each end can be independently adjusted to obtain a perfect close and it can close up to 14" in length. The unit attaches to the rear of the Combo binding station or Rhino-Tuff/PDI OD-4000/4800 punches using four knobs.

OD 4300 Coil Inserter Module

The Rhino-Tuff OD4300 Plastic Spiral inserter will bind books up to 1-1/8" (28.6mm) thick using coil diameter up to 1-1/4" (30mm). The OD4300 provides electric coil inserting and features PDI™patented Lexan Guide for easier insertion of all coils, particularly in books 9/16" thick and up. The unit will handle coil lengths from 6" to 36", providing more flexibility for large jobs and calendars. The unit attaches to the right side of the Combo binding station or OD-4000/4800 using two wing nuts for easy installation.

Rhino-tuff OD 4400

The OD4400 comb opener will bind books up to 2" (51mm) thick, 11" (A4) wide. The opener has an adjustable ring opener control to ensure exact book placement. The unit attaches to the rear of the combo binding station or OD-4000/4800 using four knobs.

Planax F2 Cold Glue Perfect Binder
