PRICING POLICY
Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include shipping charges or applicable taxes. Lynde- Ordway Company reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice or publication. All information contained herein is current as of July 2008. SHIPPING & HANDLING
All shipments and price quotes are F.O.B. point of origin. Shipping and handling charges are calculated once the order is received, and is based on the item (s) purchased and the destination address. PAYMENT TERMS
Lynde-Ordway Company offers a variety of payment terms subject to our credit department approval. Terms include but are not limited to various check types, wire transfers(required for all international orders), or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Government Impact Card). All domestic internet orders require purchase via credit card which must be shipped to the billing address or pre- approved ship to address listed with said credit card company and requires the input of the three(3) or four(4) digit CVV code found on the back of the card.

TAXES
Lynde-Ordway Company only collects California state taxes. All other state taxes are the buyer's responsibility. California resellers must provide a copy of their California Resale Permit an signed California Resale Certificate.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be made in writing and will be subject to cancellation charges based on costs incurred by Lynde-Ordway Company. Special order items may not be subject to cancellation.

RETURN POLICY
A return authorization must be obtained from Lynde-Ordway Company prior to any returns. All returns are subject to shipping costs and a restocking fee.

If a machine needs to be returned for any reason, it must be shipped using the original packing material. All shipments must be insured for full replacement cost.

FREIGHT DAMAGE
The freight industry requires that all visible damage be noted on the delivery documents at the time of receipt and internal damage be reported, in writing, to the carrier within ten(10) days. All packing materials must be kept for inspection. It is the customer's responsibility to handle all claims with the delivering carrier. If requested, Lynde-Ordway Company will assist in any way possible to resolve your claims.

SERVICE POLICY
There is a minimum charge of $95.00 for machines sent in for service or estimates. If the estimate is approved, then the $95.00 will be applied to the repair of the machine. Please reference product-specific warranties as they range from 30 days to 5 years.

Unclaimed items left over 90 days become the property of Lynde-Ordway Company, and will be sold or disposed of to cover costs.
